Sziasztok,üdv itt lesz egy pár kínai töltő elektromos járműhöz biciklihez
Üdv Mindenkinek,
A segítségeteket kérném, mert a címben szereplő NPN EPITAXIAL SILICON TRANZISZTOR el szállt egy masszírozó gépben, (az emittere hozzá ért a biztosítékhoz, így táp rövid-zárba került) Helyettesítő tranzisztor kellene , ami beszerezhető és kiváltaná.

Sziasztok!
Cserélni szeretnék egy kínai LED-es zseblámpában a LED negatív lába előtti felületszerelt tranzisztort, ami tönkrement. Sajnos nem volt rajta jelölés. Egy másik hasonló , de régebbi ilyen zseblámpából kiforrasztottam a LED negatív lába előtt lévő hasonló alkatrészt, és azt tettem bele a javítandó lámpába. Működni működött ezután, de csak fele annyi fényerővel világított utána mint az eredeti alkatrésszel. Nem tudom milyen típust lehetne ide betenni, hogy megfelelő fényerővel világítson. Mit javasolnátok ide? Előre is köszönöm a segítséget és javaslatokat. Fotókat csatolok a lámpa belsejéről, ahol a fekete nyíl mutatja az alkatrész helyét.
