Egy PHOENIX tápegység -QUINT PS-230AC/24DC/10- javításához kérem a segítségeteket.

A táp meghibásodásakor nem volt terhelve, és a kimenő feszültsége elkezdett "hintázni". (A kimenő feszültség felment 30V-ra, majd visszaesett 16V-ra, ide - oda)
Pár perc után a tápból kijött a működtető füst.
Mint utóbb kiderült a kapcsoló fet drain körében levő ellenállás égett el.
Valamennyi félvezetőt és kondit kimértem, jók.
Egy alkatrészről nem tudok gyakorlatilag semmit, egy FET 7779 jelzésű kockáról.
A két vastagabbik, ill. a vékony lábak között rövidzár mérhető.
A kérdésem az, mi ez az alkatrész (esetleg adatlap), hol lehet beszerezni, ill. az elégett ellenállás mekkora lehet.

Összefutottam egy ilyen riasztóval, villám álltali halálra lett ítélve. Egy LM339 és egy tranzisztor picit megszenesedett, nagyon még nem másztam bele. Ha van valakinek kapcsolási rajza, nagyon megköszönném. Bekötési információm megvan, User manualokat találtam.

Javításon van nálam ez a 9V 1.5A kapcsolóüzemű tápegység, amibe a hálózati kondenzátor láb felszakadás után felrobbant az IC, de sajna az IC-n nincs semmilyen adat!
Esetleg nem találkozott valaki ilyen táppal?
Mi lehet az IC típusa?
