ui: a tv kikapcsol be jelenkezik a "Grundig" felírat és ennyi.

Most került hozzám ez a tv, azzal a hibával, hogy nem lehet bekapcsolni. A mérések után kiderült, hogy a függőleges eltérítés ( TDA4173 ) mínusz tápja zárlatos, de most nincs ilyenem itthon. A kérdésem az hogy az ic nélkül elindul-e, mert most csak egy pillanatra van nagyfesz, és kikapcsol készenlétbe. A védelem fogná meg?

Grundig Lenaro 26 lxw68-8720 flat tv kép zajos, a függőleges élek szétesnek, vízszintes csíkok vannak a képernyőn mindenhol, de a függőleges éleknél látható leginkább.
Volt hogy jó pillanata volt a tvnek és kb 5 másodpercre tökéletes volt a kép, aztán megint szétesett.
Csatolok képet és videót, abból egyértelmű mi a hibajelenség.
Update: Bemelegedes utan (kb 10-15 perc), a jelenseg jelentos mertekben csokken, szinte teljesen megszunik.

Sziasztok!
Stabilan 165 volt a sortáp, nem tudom alacsonyabbra vinni, mert nem találom a hiba okát (SM szerint 142-nek kellene lennie). CUC2033 sasszi, és villámos volt. Most már műkszik, de lekapcsol. Az R61313-ra nem reagál, LM358, BC548B cserélve. Minden ellenállást és diódát jónak mérek, a kondikat is átnéztem ESR mérővel, látszólag minden hibátlan. Van erre valakinek ötlete?
