Maximális Tiszteletem!
Nemrég kaptam a fent nevezett szünetmentes tápegységet halott akkuval. Akkucsere megtörtént. Akkuról 1,5 perc után kikapcsol. Elméletileg ( ha nem tévedek ) addig kellene működnie, amíg az akku ki nem merül. Annyit már megtudtam, hogy állítólag újra kell kalibrálni, hogy a procija "tudja" hogy már új akku van benne. Hogyan tudnám megcsinálni?
RS232 port van rajta, kábelt csináltam hozzá. A RUPS200 programmal kommunikál, de csak monitorozni tudom, belepiszkálni nem.
A forgalmazóval is beszéltem, azt mondták, hogy a szervízük jelenleg nem elérhető, majd visszahívnak. Választ azóta sem kaptam!
600VA-s szünetmentesről van szó, nem lenne szívem kidobni, vagy lecserélni.
Minden segítséget előre is köszönök!

Szevasztok nem is tudom hova kellene ezt irni ,de gondolom ide ,tehát avan ez a kazánom ,és minimum áláson van ,de nem akar kikapcsolni,a hőmérője nem dolgozik ,ha lejjebb tekerem akor kikapcsol,nem tudom a minimum álás hány fokmak felel meg ha meg fogom a csövet biztos van 70fokos,mert a kezem nem álja.

Kedves Tanyatársak!
A tárgyban említett párologtatóval (https://www.aldi.hu/hu/informaciok/szolgaltatasok/szervizpont/detail/sis/si/8852097335297/) kapcsolatosan lenne az a bajom, hogy nem párologtat.
Piezot már cseréltem benne, de nem javult meg. Bekapcsolás után a ledek világítanak, pörög a ventilátor, az előlapon is világítanak a ledek, csak éppen a tetején nem jön ki a pára.
Tapasztalt már valaki ilyet?
