Üdvözletem!
Van egy Kyocera FS-3920DN típusú lézer nyomtató és az a probléma vele, hogy szürkén nyomtat. Először azt gondoltam, hogy hibás a toner, de az új is hasonló jelenséget produkál.
Tudna valaki segíteni ötlettel, mi lehet a hiba? Csatoltam egy szkennelt képet is a nyomtatott oldalról.Mindkét oldalt feltettem, de csak az egyiken kellene lenni nyomatnak.
Előre is köszönöm a segítséget.
Egyébként egy nagyon gazdaságos kis nyomtató.
Kyocera DC 2328 writing "please wait" and will not ready to copy or print. I have tried to reset but still didn't solve it. I have also tried to test some fuse on the main board all are ok. Please any advice? Thanks

A fenti nyomtató a képen látható hibát produkálja. Nincs kifogyva a festékező dob. A sárga egyedül hibátlan. Kivéve a festékező dobokat az alu hengeren is látszik, hogy nem egyenletes rajta a por, kivéve a sárga. Mi a szösz csinálja ezt. Létezik, hogy ennek a festékport felvivő egységnek színültig kell lennie és csak akkor poroz jól?
