Egy MD1.2E AA alaplappal szerelt Philipsben a beégett eltérítő tekercs csatlakozó miatt zárlatos lett a BU1506DX sorvég tranzisztor. Milyen másik típussal helyettesíthető ez a tranzisztor.

A fent említett tv javításában kérnék véleményt vagy segítséget.
A tv 11AK36-os saszival szerelt csoda.
BU808DFX-et cseréltem mert el szált mint a győzedelmi zászló és a vele párhuzamos 9,4nF 1600v-os kondenzátort.Csere után első bekapcsolásra indult a cucc semmi különös nem oda illő viselkedést nem tapasztaltam bár némi visszafutási csíkok jelentek meg néhány másodpercig a képernyőn aztán stabilizálódott a helyzet.
Működtettem kb 2-3 perc-ig aztán kikapcsoltam hogy ellenőrizzem a BU hőmérsékletét ami teljesen rendben volt majd újra akartam indítani és lám el szált a tranzisztor.
Mértem a collektor feszültséget 130v-ot ami elméletileg rendben van ennél a típusnál.
4 évvel ez előtt már cseréltem benne sorkimenőt lehetséges hogy most is ezt tegyem?
Van valakinek tanácsa hogy feleslegesen ha nem muszáj ne cseréljem ki mert az nem valami gazdaságos dolog.
