Udvozlok mindenkit,ma erkeztem ide a tanyara tehat nagyon ujjonc vagyok, es a segitsegeteket szeretnem kerni van egy fent emlitett tv-m az a hiba jelenseg hogy,amikor bekapcsolom a keszuleket akkor hallok a power reszen egy kattanast,es ha oldalrol nezem a kepernyot akkor olyan mintha egy par tized masodpercre valami bevillana a kepernyon aztan elkezd villogni a led olyan a villogasa mint amikor bekapcsolsz egy normal tv-t csak ez villog vagy126-szor,amikor kikapcsolom megint kattan egyet.A kepernyon nem erzekelek semilyen feltoltodest es nem latom villagitani a kepcso nyakat.Mertem a trafon a feszultsegeket de nincs meg rajta sem a 135v sem a 25v sem a 16v sem az 5v.Ha valakinek van valami otlete kerem segitsen.

Samsung 32 , LA32R71BA LCD TV, the problem is :
Look at pictures below ..
The PSU output voltages are good except on line 12 v read 11.82 v.
There is Hot in Heat Sink of IC connected to line 12 v .
Tips, ideas waiting.
