Egy ismerősömnek van egy Xerox Fazer 3020 nyomtatója, és leállt. Időnként azt írja ki, hogy VPS, de a papír meg sem mozdul. Állítólag tiszta, nincs benne papírdarab. Folyamatosan nyomtatott, aztán egyszer csak leállt.
Tudna valaki tanácsot adni?

üdv urak:HP 610 C nyomtató nem hajlandó nyomtatni.Felső papírhiány gomb villog,pedig van benne papír.Csatlakoztatás jó, a súgóban leírtakra nem reagál, fejbeállításra, fejtisztításra szintén nem mozdul.
Kiírja, ez a lap nem nyomtatható, több képpel,szöveggel próbáltam.

Van a tárgyban megemlített nyomtató.
A probléma az volt hogy egy papír begyűrődés után kattogott elég hangosan a nyomtató.
Szétszedtem és arra a megállapításra jutottam, hogy az úgynevezett Fuser Assy-nél(itt van a melegítés) szorul az egyik henger.
Ezt működés közben ellenőrizni is tudtam,.
Erre létezik valami olajféleség, vagy cserélnem kell?
Maga a nyomtatás hibátlanul megy.
Esetleg honnan tudok hozzájutni?
A service manualját feltöltöttem az oldalra.
