Üdv mindenkinek!
A címben szereplő készülékben végfok ic hibás (nagy valószínűséggel)bekapcsolás után a front-kimeneti-relé nem húz meg és ezért letilt a védelem.
A szervízleírás alapján az IC651 RSN313H25P 3-as és a 6-os lábaknak nullásnak ( kimenet) kellene lenniük, én ezeken 8,5 ill. 9V-ot mérek, hát ugye ezért nem húz meg a relé... Kivettem az Ic-t a készülék elindul rendesen.
Az IC tetejét levéve (, mert már úgy is rossz-gondoltam) semmilyen hibát nem láttam, nincs leégve, megszakadva vékony összekötés, mert ugye van egy pár...
Mégis "hibás"-szerintem. Tapasztalt már valaki ilyet?
Eléggé ijesztő az új ára...

Sziasztok! Szertném kérdezni a fenti erősítő bekapcs után a védelmi led villog, a relé nem húz meg, SAFETY OOERATION villog. Ezt egy jól működő állapot után produkálta, csak úgy hirtelen egy másnapi bekapcskor. Mit nézzek meg, merre kezdjem keresni a hibát? Előre is köszönöm válaszotokat!

Sziasztok ! Keresek a fent említett erősítőbe procit ! M38B53M4053F . Ezekben lakozik az a híres RSN végfok is, amit aranyárban mérnek. Ez a végfok jó , viszont csináltam benne egy műhibát , és a proci drót lett. Ha valakinek van bontásban, és hajlandó tőle megválni , akkor azt megvenném . Előre is köszönöm !

A fent nevezett erősítőben zárlatos lett pár db dióda ,ami oa90 germánium.(d308,d302)
Kérdésem az lenne hogy mivel válthatnám ki? Pl 4148?
