Sziasztok!
Segitséget kérnék a cimben nevezett akkutöltő javitásában. A kis trafó áramkörében a tranzisztor zárlatos lett, a trafó primer köre megszakadt, amit a kivezetésénél még meg tudok javitani. Viszont a tranzisztort vezérlő kis hatlábú IC tipusa nem ismert. Van valakinek erről valami információja?

Üdv mindenkinek! Adott egy hibás inverteres hegesztő Straus márkájú. Hibája, hogy bekapcsolva nem csinál semmit. Szét szedtem, és a feszültség már nem jut el az egyenirányító graetz -hez. Előtte van egy kondinak kinéző alkatrész, mely bekapcsolva melegszik. Ez a tápfesz egyik ágában van az egyenirányító előtt. Nem tudom hogy van-e a neten hozzá rajz , ezért kérném, ha tudna valaki hozzászólni, az jó segítség lenne.

Bort BSI-190H hegesztőben a felső 4db 40N60NPFDP Igbt-ből 3db zárlatos lett. Kiszedtem őket, meg a két nagy pufferkondit is és egy 100uF-ra cseréltem még méregetek. A hővédelem ledje jelez és nem a vezérlést az IGBT-re. Már a kis vezérlő panelt átmértem, átforrasztottam, LM358-at cseréltem de még mindíg a hővédelem tílt.

A kérdésem a következő, a fenti gyors töltőben lévő termisztor tönkrement, ráírva ennyi van NTC 7,0 ez milyen paramétereket takar ?
