Üdv Mindenki! A fenti készülék távirányítója hol megy, hol nem. A távadó IC típusa JT-7062-2. Az IC körül minden alkatrész átnézve, Infra LED ellenőrizve, a tápot az IC megkapja. A panel erős nagyítás alatt is és a szakadásvizsgálóval is mérve hibátlannak tűnik. Van rajta egy 3,64MHz-es 3 lábú rezonátor, aminek működését oszcilloszkóp hiányában sajnos nem tudom ellenőrizni, pedig én arra nyanakszom, mert gyakran koppant a padlón. I have a Yamaha CDX-590 CD player and it skips on some CDs - original CDs, these CDs play without problems on my other CD players. I have changed the laser unit (KSS-210A) but this didn't solve the problem. When I turn the player upside down, it plays the problematic CDs without a problem. That's why I think the laser needs adjustment. I have only a service manual for the CDX-493/593 but they should be very similar to the CDX-590. It seems that the adjustments are done via "test mode" of the CDX-590, unfortunately there is not much information, how to exactly, in the service manual. So I activated mode 1, waited a while, activated mode 2, waited a while, activated mode 3, then exited test mode. It didn't help. Mode 1 - only a short blink of two horizontal dashes on the display and thats it Mode 2 - started "play" without sound from a strange time 99:00 (the test CD is not so long), after a while it skips to another time, "plays" a while, then skips back and "plays" and so on, I left it about an hour and it was still going on Mode 3 - seems to be very short as mode 1 I think I'm missing something ... Maybe someone did this or even serviced Yamahas in an official service and can provide information how to adjust the laser? Or maybe the problem is not the laser?

Sziasztok! Egy kis segítséget szeretnék kérni. Elakadtam ennek a végfoknak a javításában. A történet röviden: úgy került hozzám, hogy az egyik oldalon eldurrant 3 végfok tranzisztor és 3 teljesítmény ellenállás. A NYÁK-on egy kb. 1cm átmérőjű lyuk keletkezett emiatt, alatta a vezetősávok (2db) elpárologtak. Ezeket pótoltam, a végfoktranzisztorokat (22db) és a meghajtó tranzisztorokat (6db) újakra cseréltem. Szakadt ellenállásokat is cseréltem. Elindítottam, nagyon jól ment, 1 órát teszteltem műterheléssel. Kikapcsoltam, félreraktam. Majd másnap gondoltam összerakom, küldöm a gazdájának. De még egyszer gondoltam bekapcsolom, na ekkor ért a meglepetés. Az N-es oldal tranzisztorainak kollektorköre kiült közel féltápfeszre (70V-ra, a teljes tápfesz +/-120V), ekkor a P-s oldal még jó volt. Majd az is ugyanezt csinálta, kicseréltem az összes kisjelű tranzisztort, diódát újakra, de semmi változás. Mérésre az összes tranyó, ellenállás, dióda jó. Ha valakinek van egy jó ötlete, ne tartsa magába! Itt az elektrotanyán letölthető a szervizdoksija, ennek a legutolsó (60.) oldalán van a PA kapcsolási rajz, az vonatkozik erre a végfokra.
