Kéréssel fordulok hozzáértőkhöz. Javíttok eggy műszert, ( ADVANTEST TR9403) tesztelni kéne a benne lévő D-ramokat.
Én próbáltam, abi IC teszterrel. Mindet jónak mutattya. De, ha bevan rakva helyére mindig RAM erort mutat, a gép.
Előre is köszönöm a segítséget.

szevasztok,
a szóbanforgó labortápban, keletnémet gyártmányú műveleti erősítő adta be az unalmast. az eredeti jelzés ami az IC-én láthato V O 2765 de kiderűlt, hogy TAA2765. gyakorlatilag beszerezhetetlen, de nem is tudom helyetesíteni mert open collector és viszonylag magas kilépőárrammal bír kb 70mA. van-e valakinek elfekvőben ilyen IC, ha nincs, van-e ötlete hogyan lehetne sima ME-t "upgrade"-elni, hogy kompatibilis legyen ezzel. ha az sem jön össze, akkor kénytelen leszek másik vezérlőmodult csinálni. tudom, hogy a net tele van megoldásokkal, de ha valakinek volna egy bevált kapcsolási rajza ahol az árram korlátozó is meg a feszűltségszabályzó is jól működik az nagyon szépen megköszönném.
