Megint kikapcs: újabb, 60fokos mosásra téve, ajtót lezár és azonnal vizet vesz, be nem forgat! Fűtést bekapcsol, és a hőm. elérésénél ki! Motor újszerű, még 2cm kefe van, szénpor semmi! Szintkapcsoló kattan 2x is, szivárgó áram nuku! Biztos ami ziher: cseréltem egy BTB16-os triakot, de semmi változás! Tegnap itt feladtam! A cimben leirt mosógép panelján levő SOT23,valószinűleg tranzisztor ledobta a sapkáját...
A bázisa a microkontrollerhez,emittere az ajtóretesz triac gate-hez van kötve.
A tranzisztor tipusát szeretném megtudni.Minden segitséget előre is köszönök.

3 hete cseréltem egy 4 éves elől töltősbe dobbordákat, mert mind a háromnak letörtek a fülei. Az orczytól rendeltem Nekik , sajnos csak után gyártott volt a 182 mmm-esből, az kellett bele. Ma szóltak hogy 1 ismét kuka. Szerintetek mi lehet az oka? Silány minőség? Eseteleg valakinek nincs elfekvőben egy eredeti garnitúra jutányos áron?
Itt a neve amit vettem: MDO5151 Dobborda (nagy, utángyártott) INDESIT 40 L
