Sziasztok!
Bosch PSR 1200 akkus fúró/csavarbehajtó fordulatszám szabályzó kapcsolója csak maximális fordulatot kapcsol.
Szétbontottam a MOSFET zárlatos volt kicseréltem de a hiba megmaradt, mivel más félvezető a CPX94 ic.-n kívül nincs benne úgy gondolom ez is meghibásodott. Sajnos nem sikerült kideríteni adatlap híján mi a felépítése ill mivel tudnám helyettesíteni. Ha van róla információtok megköszönném ha megírnátok.Egy rajzot találtam ennyi amit tudni lehet róla.

Cégnél van egy Graphite Energie+ Lion töltő, ami tönkre ment.
Sajnos a MOS N csatornás FET zárlatba ment és vitte magával az ellenállásokat is.
De sajnos nem tudom meg határozni az értéküket.
Ha van ilyen valakinek kérem készítsen egy fotót nekem erről.
A kérdés az hogy R7, R8, R9, R10 ami kérdő jel számomra. Ez mi lehet itt értékileg.

Makita DC18RA töltő minden akkut rossznak mutat. Az akkupack 18V-os. Az egyikben kicseréltem a cellákat, és továbbra is rossznak ítéli. Egy rövid ideig úgy tűnik, hogy tölti, aztán piros-zöld villogóra vált. Nem találok leírást róla. Van valakinek ötlete? Még annyit, hogy az akkucellák típusa: BL1830. 2db gyári, egy utángyártott.
