Egyik barátom megkeresett, hogy segítsek neki, ha tudok.
Adott a tárgybéli zárt égésterű kazán, ahol a füstgázelvezetés külön 70mm-es kéményen (kb. 14-15m), a frisslevegő beszívás szintén külön oldalsó csövön történik. Ventillátor hibára gyanakodott, mivel a ventillátor kiáramló oldalában elhelyezett ventúri csőhöz csatlakoztatott presszosztát (vákum kapcsoló) nem kapcsol be.
Ventillátort megvizsgáltam, megolajoztam, kifogástalan. Teljesítménye, áramfölvétele oké. A ventúri cső oké. A pressztosztát kapcsol akkor is, ha az asztalon járatott ventillátort majdnem 80%-ig lefolytjuk. A kazánba beszerelve viszont nem érzékeli a légszállításkor a ventúri csövön fellépő vákumot.
A be és kilépő levegő és égéstermék elvezető csövek átjárhatóak, huzat van, működő ventillátornál az ellenörző gyertya lángját pld. teljesen beszívja.
Mi lehet a gond, ha minden jónak tűnik? Ha a vákumérzékelő érintkezőket próbára rövidre zárja, a kazán kifogástalanul működik.
Esetleg típushiba? A kazán kb.10 éves.
