Van egy Hoover (Candy) MK7166 mosógép ami a víz beengedése után E16 hibakóddal leáll. Utánaolvasva fűtőszál hiba lehet. Lehúztam ezért a fűtőszálat, hogy megnézzem elindul-e. Utána nem ír E16-ot, de a motort nem indítja akkor sem. Meg sem mozdul, se búgás se semmi. Resetelni lehet, szivattyú funkció működik. Elektronikán nem találok hibát.
Valakinek ötlet?

A fenti mosógép szűrőjéből az ügyfél kivette az idegen tárgyat . (5 Ft-os) A szivattyú tönkrement . Új szivattyút tettünk bele . De,nem indul . E21 hibakódot dobja .
Ehhez kérem a segítségeteket , amit előre is , köszönök .

A fenti mosógép szűrőjéből az ügyfél kivette az idegen tárgyat . (5 Ft-os) A szivattyú tönkrement . Új szivattyút tettünk bele . De,nem indul . E21 hibakódot dobja .

Sziasztok! Van egy candy cs2 125 mosógépem, amin semilyen program nem indul el. Az ajtózár jelzőlámpa nem világít és nem is villog. (Normál esetben világítani kellene, nyitott ajtónál pedig villogni.) Az ajtó bezár és a többi lámpa is világít rendesen. Hogy lehet orvosolni a problémát?
