Hello,
what function do these elements have.
I thought, that these were shorted diodes and extracted them from the power-supply-board of my philips lcd tv.
But then I noticed that there are 2 arrows in BOTH directions painted on the board.
What does that mean and where can I buye new ones? I don't find them on ebay.
And how do I know in which direction I have to put them onto the board?

If L9901 inserted the board, then sg9901 and SG9902 not needed. Without L9901 noise filter, this two point must be shorted with wire.

I changed 2 capacitors, put power on and saw one of the sg9901 or sg9902 flashed, I thought they were diodes and they were the reason, why my tv was not starting any more.
