Pioneer SX-780 KU - KC front lights on but relay not start

Gentlemen, my Pioneer reciver, when I turn it on, it just turns on the front lights and doesn't start the relay, so nothing works. I can tell you that the relay is fine, no defect. If you have a suggestion for a fix, I would appreciate it. Please reply to cadpolonia@yahoo.com.br. Thanks.
