I haven't this type of Bose cable, but i have some ideas.
In this viring diagram the pin 4 on the RJ 45 side is GND, the DIN side the 4 and 8 is the GND. You can check in the equipments this with an multimeter.
What is the Bose device type, what do you want connecting? If you can find the schematics, maybe will be an easyer way.
