I think the problem is some where else because other parts of meter also does not work (e.g Voltage measurement, Amper, Diode Test, Temprature Test and hfe test)
Only continuity test(Buzzer) and Frequencey meter work flawlessly and capacitor measuerement just measure in "NANOFARAD" range
