1.Check the outputs ,is there any DC level.
2.Check the power supply voltage (-31.5 V) of the protector circuit.It has two functions,switch on delay and DC protection.
Check (and replace) the Q 805,804,803 transistors,C803 ,and D801 (24 V Zener?? very suspicious ) diode.
If you remove the Q804,only the switch on delay works.
The phenomenon can also be caused by cracked solder joint of relay coil.
