My W1070 projector loses settings every time I turn it off so lamp hours and other settings are all back to factory defaults. Just curious if anyone has any suggestions? Thanks

There is IC20 EEPROM on page 10. left up corner. May be. Take out, read, write it a new one.

It took me a while to getting round to replacing it but I have just replaced that chip (U67) and now it remembers everything. I did not bother to read or write it back as I thought it was pointless if it was bad and it looks like it works perfectly now so just wanted to come back and say a big thank you and that I really appreciate the help :)
