Does anybody have shematic for lcd projector Hitachi CP-X807? With named parts!

Hello everybody! I have got this manual, but no part list included. Q106 and R104 were burning, Q106 is smd transistor marking "SL", I found that it is 2SA1571 pnp transistor with built resistor 47k, but I cant find it in partstores and would like to know similar pnp transistor. Next R104 on the foto... What smd code it has?

Hi all! So, I've replaced all burning parts on the power supply board, put the board to the projector case and all cables are connected. Turning power on, standby is ok, amber led on the top cover is on. Pushing "ON" button to power up working mode, fans are starting, the lamp is lighting up and... BOOOM!!! :) Disassembly again.

So, FE104 and tracks to biggest capacitor C116 are burned/evaporated. All parts around are good! (FETs, diodes and other). I am in a fog...

Hi!

R104 code is 100 ( 10 Ohms ) but there is different circuit like Q106. The position R104 is sure?
Please take a photo from the PCB close to burned parts!

I would like to give more specifics. I m talking about the power supply unit.
Here is the part of the schematic diagram:

I already download the SM0598 manual, but it has no part list. R103 is 220 (22 ohm), but R104 burned ( on the photo below)

Hi!

Ok, it is clear. In the SM, there is two R104 and Q106, one is in PSU, and one in Main board.
I think like Kari, check R107.

Mikhail,
solder R107 out and measure it=> both are similar ohmics...

If it be so simply :) The right shoulder in no soldering, there is no Q101,Q107,R107,R108. Just blank plases.

Hi!

So. What is the type of IC101 and Q100? It's look like PFC circuit.

IC101 is IR1150S and Q100 is 20N60C3 mosfet

Hi!

There is an other PFC circuit with same drive the MOSFET.

I thinks, there is not so critical transistor, fast switching, at least 45V CE voltage.
May be the FET and the IC same damaged, replace it!

Hi,
you can download it yourself from our databasis:

I have got this service manual, but there is no parts list!
Here is a part of the schematic

OK Mikhail, I dont have a circuit, but SL can be SMBTA42 too....
http://kazus.ru/datasheets/pdf-data/2040229/SANYO/2SA1572.html
Here are discussed too. Take a simple SMD transistor and apply an 47Kohm SMD resistor over thats B-E...

Thanks. I use this catalog smd parts

so smd code SL is 2sa1571, and comments R1=47k (R1 means a resistor to base directly, and R2 is resistor from base to emitter...)
Do I understanding correctly?

Hello. Yes, I have seen this. Likely I'll take any regular pnp.

Hi, if its so, than you are right and it needs a serial SMD-R in Base_sorry I did over 47KOhm others remember.

Hi!

I check the sematics, but I thinks, it is not a digital transistor. Please take a photo from the PCB!
You can check Q107, it same like Q106.

Yep, I agree, thinking that Q106 is no digital transistor. Likely just an ordinary pnp. The PCB photo is above.

Hi!

Not at all!
Check IC101! If the transistor broken, I'm sure, IC same, but the cause of Q106 burning is the Q100!

Üdv: Jácint

Hi Jaca! Of course, I already replace Q100, IC101 by a new ones.

Hi!

To select Q106 and R104: this two parts function is to discharge the FET gate capacitor faster. To open the FET, Ic use R103 and D101. When IC "GATE" output goes low, the Q106 open, and discharge FET gate capacitor via R104. The Q104 C-E voltage minimum the IC101 VCC, typically 12V, so VCE=45V enought. The collector current, if use 100 Ohm in R104 is least 200mA. If You are use transistor with 100mA collector current, set R104 at least 200 Ohm.
