Fisher CA-857 amplifier, No sound

I have a CA-857 fisher amplifier, when power on can't hear the relay click and no sound .

You can download the service manual from: FISHER CA-857 SM Service Manual download, schematics, eeprom, repair info for electronics experts (elektrotanya.com)

Please check the IC401 (protector) voltages. If you can measure any DC voltages on pin2, it is problem. Left or right power amplifier is bad. R441 and R442 are power output points. Measure it.
