Are there any internal battery to retain the Tuner stations memory? And in case where it is located.

Hi!
Not a battery, this is an capacitor.
This capacitor you can find on that PCB where JOG POTI is, near the IC950.
The capacitor value is 0.047 F / 5.5 volts.
