My LED TV with HK.T.RT 2871 838 board has some issue with light LEDs probably, i can switch on and off TV with Remote as the red/green lights to on off through remote but no light on display, can any tell me how many volts should be there in the supply red/white pair that supplies voltage to led strip necessary for lighting up the screen

If you light up the display the image is dimly visible?

HI.The background lighting is dead. The led driver is disabled , and there is no voltage on the led. LED background replacement..
