I opened the device for service, it was done well, and all the components were intact when I closed the frame while the power was cut off. I got the part of the front panel of the device locked, only the power and the key and the sound are working, and the rest of the keys are not working, the part is giving the door, and the door does not open, and the door is locked. With the remote control, the whole system works well.

If tact switches (key) wrong, the main controller can't detect them.

problem that occurred with this device went into troubleshooting mode and it displays DvD Error 895 and the panel keys are no longer working. Apparently, the Dvd steering system caused the deck part to fail and the doors to lock. It was not resolved by checking the pcb cables. In the Panasonic errors for 895, it refers to the language recognition part and mentions a number of the IC. The point is that the normal map of the factory's interests does not allow correct detection of IC tracking, and the situation is bad because of government sanctions. Unfortunately, static discharge through your hand could destroy the optical unit. The optical unit must only be touched with a grounding strap. But this can be repaired (replaced) in a specialized service, but the costs will be high. Of course, after a quote, you can decide whether to repair or buy a new one...
