Skyworth 49e3000s 50inch led tv, no picture

Sir, 
My led tv display not coming, but audio is playing. But video is not coming in tv.
I check power board in led pin out of 6 three pins positive 20 voltage coming. And in mainboard 12 & 5 volt present but in lvds vcc cot present. 

what might be the problem?
