Thanks for the service manual for the STR-D665.
I have an issue with my sister's receiver, it loses all presets after a while when powered down. Is this a well known problem?

Hello Erik!
The memory capacitor is broken, it must be replaced. It is located on the front panel,(next to the infrared receiver) marked in red.
