The program wheel (large gear under the flywheel) is used to raise the head console. Missing teeth are not defects. The wheel must stop between some modes. The wheel is started by the retracting electromagnets (solenoid). If the solenoid works (clicks), but the wheel does not start, then either the belt driving the flywheel has slipped (this is clearly visible, because the flywheel must rotate continuously), or the lever mechanism connected to the solenoid has worn out and is not pushing it onto the drive wheels (the gear part at the base of the flywheel) from the toothless part of the program wheel to the toothed part.
But it is also possible that one of the cassette or head console sensor switches has a contact fault, which is why the processor does not even allow the process to start.
The same error can be caused if the limit switch of the motorized door closing mechanism is faulty, or if its drive belt slips and cannot perform the final locking operation.

Вполне вероятно, что клиновой ремень растянулся и проскальзывает.
Требуется замена.
