Yamaha PSR-2000 memory issue

Error message

Psr 2000 saya bisa menyimpan registration memory . Tetapi akan hilang setelah perangkat di OFF.
HAnya bisa menyimpan saat kondisi ON.
Apa yang harus saya lakukan.

The registration data is stored by an internal flash memory. (SM page 103)
