Kedves Szakik!

Az alany egy első generációs CD lejátszó a Philips-től. :-)

Meg lett véve. 1 napig tökéletesen működött. Azon az egy napon nem tudott olyan írott, vagy karcos lemezt berakni a tulaj, amit röccenés nélkül ne játszott volna le stabilan. Következő nap reggeltől nincs hang. Mindent rendesen csinál, léptet, kijelző számlál, de hang, az nincs.
Ami ellenőrizve lett:
- Kimenet megszakító KILL reed relék működnek, zárva vannak. A vezérlésük rendben működik.
- MUTE jel a processzorból az I2C dekóder után rendben működik, a DECODER áramkörökbe (TDA7020) rendben eljut. (lejátszáskor 5V, stop módban 0V).
- Az előéletében elektrolit kondenzátorok cserélve lettek Nichicon-ra. Furatgalvánok javítva vannak (ez szemrevételezéssel ellenőrizve)
- Tápfeszültségek rendben megvannak. Tápkondik is láthatóan cserélve lettek.
- A DAC-okon (TDA1540D) az SM-ben odaírt DC szintek kis tűrésen belül (-/+0,2V) rendben megvannak.

A készülék nem nálam van, én távsegítséget próbáltam adni a tőlem távol lévő ismerősnek. Multiméterrel ennél tovább nem tudtunk menni. Szkóp és szkóppal méréstechnikai gyakorlat a helyszínen nem áll rendelkezésre.

Keresünk Budapesten olyan szakit, aki hozzáértően tudná feltárni és megjavítani a hibát. A munkát nem ingyen kéri a tulaj.

I greet you! I would need the scheme of this "vintage" amplifier that needs to be "restored". The problem is that in the prefinal and final floor I have many "fried" resistors well, their value cannot be identified.I replaced the defective transistors: 2SC1509, 2SA777,2SB690 and 2SD 796 (each 2 pcs.) and the electrolytic capacitors adjacent to them. I could not go further because of the carbonized resistors that I do not know their value (I can only guess that they are values small, in the order of ohms). The schematic diagram I downloaded, from the address received by the kindness of a colleague is not complete - it is a single page (missing Q29-Q30-Q31-Q3 and resistors R115-R116-R117-R118 which are completely carbonized, at other resistors I could see their value).Thanks in advance!
