Samsung CZ25D83N CRT TV-n nincs kép csak hang. Egy rövid pattanó hang volt hallható, ami után a képernyő fekete, a hang viszont továbbra is működik.

Sziasztok.
Most vették, kis 11,1"-os Kinai TV-n kép nincs, csak a menü látszik és nem lehet kilépni belőle, INFO gombra nem reagál.
Autómata keresést végigcsinálja, utána visszaáll a Telepítési Útmutatóra,
EXIT gombra nem lép ki, kép nincs, visszaáll a "Program" menüre.
Pr. szerkesztés-re, Szülői zár útmutató-ra, Gyári állapot-ra :
"Add meg a jeszót" írja ki.
Kérem a tanácsotokat a beállításához, esetleg a cseréjéhez hogyha a készülékhibás.

Üdv. mindenkinek . Háttér világítás tud ilyen elszíneződést mind a képeken amit csatoltam , vagy más lesz a gond . Hogy jobban látszódjon a jelenség , összehasonlításként a felső tv-nek jó a képe .
A kérdésem a következő lenne:
Mi okozhatja ezt a hiba jelenséget, ami teljesen zárlatossá teszi ezt a 2 panelt ?
A táp panelja tökéletesen működik.
