Hi guys,
I've obtained bare Wavetek 1175 Benchmark scalar analyzer without any probe and manual.
The problem was in power supply, now is ok, and problems persist without probes ( for Ch A and Ch B) and manual.
Wavetek description for probe is: Power sensor with dual balanced, zero bias, low barrier schottky diodes.
I cannot find original probes, but I will make probe, I have some experience with GHz milivoltmeter probes (HP3406A , TF2603 Marconi).
System have message : Absent probe, and probes is detected with 3 pins of microcontroller 87c196 on AD board.
I need service manual or the schematic diagram for original Wavetek probe.
Any help and advice is welcome.

Napokban hozzám került 2db műszer(utólagosan is köszönöm Boldogblognak,hogy elhozta) aminek a beazonosításhoz kérnék segítséget tőletek!
A csatolt képeken is látszik,hogy az első műszernek semmi baja kivéve,hogy az egy csatlakozónál el van törve a bakelit test!
A másik sajnos komolyabb hibával rendelkezik,még pediglen az alapműszerben hiányzik a rugó(ami áramhozzávezetést ill visszatérítő nyomatékot szolgáltatja) a kérdés az az,hogy vajon belehet még szerezni ilyen alapműszert?
Természetesen mindkettőre vonatkozik,hogy milyen típusúak és van e hozzá kapcsolási rajz?
Mindenkinek köszönöm előre is a segítségét!
UI:Közben mint látható a címben is sikerült beazonosítani,ennek tudatában keresek hozzá alapműszert és/vagy egy donort!

A címben említett műszerem tegnap kapott egy "kisebb" feszültség impulzust amikor dióda mérő üzemmódban volt, azóta ebben az üzemmódban szakadás esetén is 335-öt mutat de egyébként ez alatt mér, zárlatra sípol, úgy néztem a többi funkciója jól működik, itt a tanyán van fent egy kapcsolási rajz, de szerintem ez köszönő viszonyban sincs ezzel a műszerrel, a diódákat átmértem a panelon, de nem tűnt egyik se rossznak, van valakinek ötlete merre keresgéljek?
