A minap került hozzám egy saját készítésű autós sub erősítő, amiben ezt az alkatrészt találtam zárlatosnak, a többi FET mellett! Sajnos elég körülményes a beszerzése, ill. nem túl olcsó alkatrész! A kérdésem az lenne a hozzá értőkhöz, hogy mivel lehetne esetleg ezt helyettesíteni??? IXGH20N60AU1

Van ez a fent nevezett masina,ami nem müxik.A tápok +40v,-40v,+14v,-14v rendben,végfok zárlat nincs,a védelem tilt valamiért.Egy rajzot,vagy ötletet köszönettel vennék.

Egy ismerősöm megkért, hogy az általa felújítandó R646U rádiót keltsem életre.
Ő már a kapcsolósort rendbe tette.
Szerintem valamit elköthetett, mert az oszcillátor nem akar indulni.
Sajnos pontos rajzot erről az altípusról nem találtam.
Legjobban az R646N (Velence) típussal egyezik, de pont a kapcsolósornál lévő elrendezés más.
Az ECH81 keverő-oszcillátor csövön a DC szintek szerintem rendben vannak, a KF működik.
Mellékelek egy képet a kapcsolósor alatti modulátor - oszcillátor tekercsek és trimmerek elrendezéséről.
Ha lenne egy pontos kapcsolási rajz erről a típusról, akkor lényegesen könnyebb dolgom lenne.
