Üdvözletem Mindenkinek!
Sok vestel géppel találkoztam már de még ilyen hibával nem! Ez egy Vestel 11AK19P lappal szerelt gép. Eredeti hibája az volt hogy az R806 egyik lába köbe égett kh miatt. Megforrasztva csak huppog a táp és nem tud elindulni, opto, tl494 illetve bc547b tranyók cserélve R823 nincs megnyúlva illetve minden ellenállat tökéletes érteket mutat. Diódákat is cseréltem a primier illetve a szekunder oldalon is. Lehetséges hogy az MC44604 szivatna? Sajnos nincs az egész műhelybe csak 603-as végü de azzal is ugyanazt produkálja igaz nem is csereszabatos egymással a kettő. Mi kerülhette el a figyelmemet?

A fent nevezett készülék áram alá helyezve megjön a készenlét. Bekapcsolva kettőt villog a led rajta, de semmi más életjelet nem ad. Ezt addig csinálja amíg a power gombbal ki nem kapcsolom. Ez most valami hibakód lenne? Vagy esetleg szotver hiba? Honnan lehet letölteni a szotvert, és hogyan kell beletölteni? A segítségeteket előre is köszönöm.
Az alábbi problémához kérnék segítséget.

Probléma leírása:
Táp védekezik, sorvég tranzisztor zárlat.
Oka: C613 22N kondi elrepedt, R629 10 Ohm szakadt.
Cserék után EW korrekció nem müködik.
9NQ20T Fet túlmelegszik. Kivéve Drain 41,5 Volt, Gate 8 Volt.
Gaten kb. 2 volt fürészjellegű jel látható szkópon.
Párna torzítással a kép müködik, hang van.
Szükségem lenne rajzra illetve javítással kapcsolatos tanácsra.
