Kaptam egy ilyen valamit de semmilyen számot vagy egyebet nem találtam rajta ami után vissza lehetne azonosítani.Valakinek ismerős v. tudja mi ez?

Sziasztok! Segítségeteket kérném Willem eprom programozó használatában. A 24C sorozatot rendesen tudom írni és olvasni, ezzel nincs gond. Az M95160 eepromot viszont nem tudom olvasni és írni sem. Eddig Willem PCB3B programozóm volt, most vettem egy Willem Pro4 programozót, de ezzel sem tudom kiolvasni. Az M95160 SMD eeprom a 25C sorozatnak felel meg, de bármit állítva sem tudom az autórádióból kivett IC-t kiolvasni.
Mellékelek fényképeket a beállításaimról. Valaki nem tud véletlenül segíteni, hogy mit rontottam el, vagy mit csináltam rosszul. Köszi a segítő válaszokat.
Keresek "szép" négyszögjelet :)
esetleg valami otthoni készülékben fellelhető 100kHz-1MHz-10MHz körüli (freki mindegy) nagyon gyors felfutású nem túllövéses négyszögjel?
mint egy oszcilloszkóp referencia 1kHz, csak kicsit gyorsabb 100x-10000x nagyobb freki...
egyszerü kapcsolással elérhető?
mivel?
sima astabil tranyos multivibrátor? esetleg 74LSxxx IC? azaz egyszerüen otthon fiókból mit lehetne összetákolni?
