Egy motor fordulatszámmérőjében találtam ezt az alkatrészt. Kitörött a lába, így bizonytalan volt, 60 Ohmot mérek rajta, ami csökken, ahogy fogom az ujjaim közt, vélhetően termisztor. A felirat alapján kérnék segítséget az azonosításban. A tápról jön, és a mutató áramának hőkompenzálásában lehet szerepe, egy 33 Ohmot söntöl egy 2k-s ellenállással megtoldva.

Adott Fiesta GEM moduljának kapcsolási, vagy beültetési rajzát keresném.
Hiba: zárja az ajtókat, de a vezető oldalit nem nyitja. Nem ajtó mikrokapcsoló hiba. Következett a komfort modul, NEM relé hiba.

Hoztak egy elektromos kerékpár fordulatszámszabályzót amiben kiégtek a MOSFET-ek, meg egyiknél a gate 10ohmos ellenállása is ebbôl következtetek hogy az egyik meghajtó IC is elhalt, IRF2103S volt benne de ennek az ára 5eur 1hónap , míg IR2101S ára 0.6eur 1hét, adatlapját nézve lábsorrend/áram/feszültség ugyanaz csak az IR2101S gyorsabb.
Próbálta már valaki helyettesíteni az IR2103S-t?
