Haverem mühold vevője elkezdett vacakolni,nem mindig kapcsol be,kinyitottam,kezdtem mérni,és a 3,3volt nem mindig ál fel,CX4060 as ic-n nem mindig van kimenet,zárlatotnem mérek a kimeneten,ha külsőleg adok neki 3 voltot akkor valamikor elindul,és akkor semmi baja mig kinem kapcsol.
Nemtudom szokott e ez az ic igy szarakodni,hogy hol megy hol nem,esetleg máshol lenne valami gond még.
üdv: egy Noé korabeli Mercury (332-5772) négyhengeres csónakmotor elektronikában van 4 db, szerintem 400V feletti feszültségű (szerintem).gyors tirisztor,

A tirisztorok TO-39 tokozásúak. az anód a házon van, középen a Gate, a fülnél a katód.
A ház tetején az RCA felirat középen van.
A felső karéjon 66134, alul HYS S8227.
Több órás kutatás után sem találtam semmit róla, de lehet az én hibám.

Sziasztok Szeretném programozni (kiolvasni )ezt a processzort,Van egy UPP 628 -as programozóm ami tudja kezelni ezt a ic is, de nem tudom eldönteni melyik vezeték hová csatlakozik .Teszek fel képet az ic- ről és a programozó csatlakozásáról valaki tudna segíteni ,hogy mit hová kössek. Köszönöm
