Tisztelt kollegák!
A "közönség" segítségét kérném. Küzdök egy tárgybéli masinával. Természetesen doksi nincs. A probléma, hogy elszállt a Q706-os 2SK2545 Fet, amely a sorkimenőt hajtja meg. (eltérítés külön van) Méricskélve a környéken, hibás alkatrész nem találok. Csere után megjön a nagyfesz, de 1-2 perc és ismét elszáll a fet, a hűtőborda ilyenkor igen gyorsan forró lesz.
A meghajtása egy KA7500 IC. Már ezt is cseréltem, a jelenség ua. Sorkimenő nem mutat zárlatot teszterrel sem. A rövid próbálkozás(ok) alatt a nagyfesz feláll, majd azonnyomban megszűnik minden. Talán a védelem tilt le?
Küzdött-e valaki ilyen masinával és hibával?
