Hi everyone, (my first post on forum)
I'm having difficulties with my NAS unite Zyxel NAS542 and looking for schematics or service manual ( the NAS540 it's the same unite just a small diffrence in color).
Brand: Zyxel
Model: NAS542

Symptom: the device is shorted, I think it's near the input 19V (left, down corner of PCB).
any of your advice will be appreciated.

a gépemen fut már jó pár éve a "ZoneAlarm Security Suite" tűzfal, antivirus és antispyware program. Kb egy hónapja figyeltem fel arra, hogy megnőtt a memoria felhasználása. Míg eddig cca 200-450M között mozgott a memória szükség, most 900-1600M körül mozog. Ha kikapcsolom a ZA programot, leesik a foglalt memória 350-40M-ra.
Kérdezném a ZA programot használókat, mi a tapasztalatuk? Illetve bárkit, aki magyarázatott, megoldást tudna adni.

Üdv!
Jutányosan hozzájutottam CAT6 F/ UTP földkábelhez, (4x2x23 AWG PE) amit be is húztam a helyére, de az UTP csatlakozót az istenért sem tudtam rátenni, nem tudom kellően beledugni a csatlakozóba.
Próbáltam CAT5-ös és CAT6-os csatival is elméletileg. Már ha a boltba jót adtak.
Milyen csatit tudok erre rárakni?

Kaptam pár db 40Gb -os Maxtor HDD-t. Az a gond velük hoyg win xp és a bios is 6,5Gb-osnak veszi.
Azt kell még tudni roluk hogy valami játékprogram volt rajtuk ami Linux alapu.
Hogyan és milyen programmal lehetne azt megoldani hogy teljes méretet ki tudjam használni?
