Sziasztok!
Van nékem egy "FAX, TELEFON, MÁSOLÓ" készülékből bontott kijelzőm.
Adatlapot keresnék róla (kijelző), de a ami a kijelző szalag kábeljére van nyomtatva, úgy semmi infó a gogli szerint.
Van mellékelt 2db kép, hátha mond valamit.
A kijelzőn van 2x16 karakter, mint a HD44780-as kijelzőnél + felül van még 7 karakter (ha jól láttam).
De ezt mind onnan állapítottam meg hogy rávilágítottam, és ami látszódott azt írtam ide is.
Konkrétan ami a kábelra van írva:
WD-C1602V7-1GNNa

Van egy villanyborotvám,(PHILIPS)amibe a táp ic behalt.
Ennek az ic-nek a száma:(TEA1520T) ha valaki tudja hogy honnan lehet beszerezni azt megköszönném,mert nem találom sehol.Azt tudom hogy nem húsos boltba kell beszerezni csak nem találok sehol,vagy lehet e helyetesíteni valamivel.A tokozása az SO14-es!
