Egy 220V-os 1650W-os váltóáramú motort kellene ki-be kapcsolni. Triack a kapcsoló, egy optóval leválasztva. Az optót egy tranzisztor hajtja meg. 220V-os izzóval jól múködik a kapcsolás, de a motort rákötve, a triack egyből elszáll, pedig elvileg bírnia kellene (600V 16A). Lehet, hogy az a gond, hogy nem lágy az indítás ?

Ma került hozzám ez a töltő, de nem tölti az aksit. Aksi nélkül csak 3.2V-ot mérek, szerintem ez kevés, mert 3.6-10.8V van rá írva, ha beleteszem az aksit akkor is 8.5V körüli feszültséget mérek rajta. Még valami nagyon zizeg a hálózati trafója, kondik jók, a fet nagyon melegszik benne, merre keresgéljek?

Meg tudja -e mondani valaki hogy legnagyobb biztonsággal milyen FET alkalmazható akkus fúrógépbe, az eredeti alkatrészen annyi áll hogy:C50/I . Azt tudom,hogy ezek a Fetek logikai szinttel vezérelhetők kell legyenek, valamint brutális áram kapcsolására alkalmasnak kell lenniük.
