Sehol nincs ilyen még ebay-en sem találtam ( nec 784225GC281 ).
Kéne egy bontott ugyanilyen amiből ki lehetne termelni.

Javítanék egy Thomson DPL570 gépet
Egy csatorna zárlatos.
2SD2559 nem találtam sehol.
2SB1659 van a HQ-nál
2SC4137 van a HQ - nál
Biztos javítottak már sokan hasonlót.
Lehet ezt pótolni valamivel?
Vagy valakinek van elfekvő , esetleg tudnak beszerzési forrást?

Üdvözlet a Tanyalakóknak!
Adott a saját autórádióm, amely kb. fél óra használat után elkezd kapcsolgatni (csatornát), valamint hangolni. Ha megbolondul, az előlapi gombok közül semmire nem reagál. Ha leveszem az előlapját, a kijelző meghajtó IC-t melegnek érzem (mérni nem tudom, mert mire szétkapom, lehűlik). Az előlapon belül kizárólag a kijelző meghajtó IC van aktív elemként. Ki- és szétszedve a készüléket, kiemelve a CD-meghajtót a tuner IC (TDA 7703)60 C fokos (műszerrel mérve), viszont egész nap megy, semmi baja, a kijelző sem meleg. Most nem akkuról, hanem stabil tápról megy. Össz áramfelvétel kb. 800mA.
Az eredeti helyén kb. két évig hibamentesen működött.
Ötlet?
Úgy néz ki, megvan a hiba: a 8 (nyolc) éves akkumulátorom megadta magát, nem veszi a töltést :-(
