Fenti Westel eredetű tv inverter csatlakozója átégett a szikraköznél.Az égést kikapartam,220pF kondit cseréltem,két nap járatás után vissza adtam.A készülék vissza jött ugyan azzal a hibával,egy nap otthon töltése után.Jelenség ugyan az.Ismét kaparás,elkókat ESR mérővel átnéztem,minden jónak tűnik,de érezni enyhe ózon szagot,tehát valahol megint szivárog,csak nem látni.Van valakinek ötlete,vagy olcsó inverter bordja?

Mi okozhat ilyen hibát? A táp kikondizva, sok gyanús forrasztás helyrehozva, mégis leáll. Ilyenkor még a LED-ek sem világítanak, viszont ha áramtalanítom kb. 10s múlva indul megint: kivillan a piros és csatornagombbal indul, viszont megint leáll...

Tudom lerágott csont, és ezer topik van róla, mégis szívat. Eredetileg sorvégfok hibával hozták, az eltérítő csati és a kicsatoló kondi lábai ki voltak melegedve, ami elküldte BU808DFI-t. Sorvégfokozatot feljavítottam (808-at helyettesítéssel, 10uF csere, forrasztások átnézve stb.) de nem indult el. Lekötve a sorát műterheléssel sem indult, láttam a tápja is oda van. Gondoltam jöhet egy nagy generál. Cseréltem tápIC-t, opto-t, 33uF-ot, a primer oldalon, a passzívakat kimértem, ellenállások nem szakadtak, nem nyúltak meg. Szekunder oldalon TL431-et, Q804-et, MCR22-őt cseréltem, ellenállások kondik kimérve. A táp csak pittyen kettőt és kész, a puffer töltve marad. Mit hagytam ki, vagy nem vettem észre??????
