Van egy erosito ahol MJ15003/MJ15004 (140V/20A) parositott tranzisztorok vannak. A táp +/-70V.
MJ15004-eket amiket talaltam azoknak az erositesuk B=96-102 kozott van, ket gyartotol is van nekem 8db-om is.
MJ15003-asok pedig B=35-48, ezert nem tudom osszeparositani oket, mas MJ15003-asokat nem tudok beszerezni, lehetne-e 100V-osokkal helyettesitenem (pl 2N3772) vagy szukseges megis a min.140V ?

Tudja-e valaki, hogy a fent említett deck-hez hol lehet görgőt beszerezni, vagy csináltatni. HQ video-nál nincs, csak egyféle kapható!

Ennek a készüléknek a rádiója rendesen szól, de ha CD-t teszek bele, vagy SD kártyát, de USB-nél is betöltés közben megáll, és nem indít el semmit, se cd-t, se SD kártyát. Mi lehet a gond, táp vagy szotver?

A fenti hibán hogyan lehetne segíteni zöld színű fűtőszálas kijelző van benne pontosan nem tudom megnevezni a típusát. a fűtő fesz 24volt helyett csak 23 volt ez lehet a gond?
