Sziasztok. A fent nevezet készülékben az egyik végfok ic (STK 4050II H ) hibás,szeretném megkérdezni hogy hol lehet ilyet beszerezni vagy esetleg helyetesiteni.A HQ-nál néztem de ott már nem beszerezhető.

Adott a címben szereplő deck kijelzőjének szegmensei nem egyforma fényerővel világítanak.A kivezérlésjelző pálcikái jól a többi elem meg halványabban, tudnátok tippet adni mi lehet a baj.

A címben említett készülék bekapcsolás után 1-2 mp. kikapcsol. Ezalatt a rövid idő alatt a funkciók működnek(hangerő, bemeneti választó stb.)
Amennyire tudtam átmértem,végfokozatt,táp jónak tűnik.
Nem igazán tudom merre kellene tovább keresgélni.
Ha van valakinek tapasztalata, ötlete kérem ossza meg
köszönöm.

A Tanyán találtam rajzot , de nem egyezik.
Az enyém fettes.: 19N20 és 26P20
van benne.
A 19N20 (2Ohm)
HQ-nál találtam is.
A 26P20-t nézve-mérve:P-E MOS.
IRF 640 betehető?
Helyettesíthető valamivel?
Párba érdemes cserélni?
Valakinek van rajz hozzá ?
Járatlanság miatt , mire figyeljek?
