AND UB-302 Blood pressure monitor Err 3 fault

I keep getting this error but I checked the cuff and tube there is no leak. It seems the model AND UB-302 machine is not blowing out enough air. I blew in the tube and the cuff inflated completely, when connected back to machine, it would register Err 3.
