A minap- jott hozzam a fent emlitett tv halozati hibaval. A halozat megjavitva, de a nincs szinhronizacio, se vert. se horiz. En a jungle Ic-re gyanitok (STV). Volt-e mar valakinek hasonlo problemaja???

Nem találok ilyen tranzisztort magyar webáruházakban tudnátok segíteni mi lehet jó helyette. Samsung Bn44-00159A tápjában van. SOT23 tokozású az alldatasheet.com oldalán megtaláltam a paramétereit de nem találok helyettesítőt.

A pontos típusát nem tudom, mert lekopott a hátulján az írás. A hiba jelenség a következő: hangyás kép van, de a készülék nem reagál sem az előlapi gombokra, sem pedig a távirányítóra. Stby állapot nincs. Csak ki-be lehet kapcsolni. Elég sok időt töltött használatlanul.

A címben említett tv tápját javítom, de a R818 szénné éget, és nem tudom az értékét. A tanyán található rajz nem jó, mert az ott lévő táp TDA4601-el van, az enyémben pedig TDA8380-an van felépítve. Valaki meg tudná adni milyen értékű lehet, vagy valakinek rajza hozzá. Köszönöm előre is!
