Samsung CZ25D83N CRT TV-n nincs kép csak hang. Egy rövid pattanó hang volt hallható, ami után a képernyő fekete, a hang viszont továbbra is működik.

A fenti tv működik, de nem veszi a táv jelét, a gombokról vezérelhető. Firmware frissítés segítene rajta? és az hogy kell cserélni rajta?
Az érzékelő kap tápot (3.3 V) a kimenetén is van jel.
Előre is köszi a segítségeteket.

Kaptam egy fent emlitett típusú tvt. Olyan gondja van hogy fél ora használat után ha kikpacsolom és ujra vissza akkor a kép csak egy 10 másodpercig van meg és eltünik,viszont a hang továbbra is jó. Mi lehet a probléma?

Adott egy Samsung, cz21cm63,ch:s56a.Hiba: a tv működik,kattan egyet a kép marad de nem lehet elváltani,a programszám
változik,de az adó marad.Kattan egyet és megint jó valameddig.Várom a segítséget!
